Inova Physical Therapy Center - Springfield is seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) for a full-time, day-shift role with Monday–Friday hours and two evening shifts until 7pm (including Thursday). Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
• VA licensure or compact privileges required on start.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association on start.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates essential skill competencies in modalities, equipment, and protocols.
• Performs re-evaluations per department guidelines and adjusts treatment plans.
• Complies with written evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries policies.
• Gives instruction and supervision to assistive personnel per program policies and regulatory requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, medical staff, and care team members.
