Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush (MOR) is seeking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team in Westchester, IL. The PT will plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs aimed at increasing, maintaining or restoring function and maximizing performance.

Eligible candidates hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy with an Illinois license (or willingness to apply) and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
• CPR Certified

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patient and gathers information to determine diagnoses and treatment plan.
• Sets functional and objective goals based on clinical examination.
• Devises detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provides exceptional patient care and service.
• Maintains patient confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
• Communicates with referring physicians to coordinate care.
• Maintains patient charts and clinical logs for compliance.

Ready to join? We are looking a full-time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. This position will be based at the Westchester, IL clinic located 5 miles away from Oak Brook, IL. Our PT’s plan, implement and evaluate patient care programs designed to increase, maintain or restore function, minimize or prevent disability and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitiesinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Evaluates patient and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plan.
• Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based upon clinical examination.
• Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
• Provides exceptional patient care and service.
• The ability to maintain friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that results in positive and respectful working relationships.
• Cultivate relationships with patients and the community.
• Provide continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.
• Maintain patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
• Maintains patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and procedures and assures compliance with all HIPAA guidelines.
• Communicates well in a professional setting.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Education and/or Experience

• Bachelor’s, Masters or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
• CPR Certified

Pay Range: $ 80,000 - $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job-related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
