Upstream Rehabilitation Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics in Fairview, TN. This role offers full time, part time, or PRN options with a structured ramp‑up and mentorship to support new grads.

You'll develop evidence-based care plans, deliver outcomes-driven therapy, and collaborate with a values‑driven team while advancing your skills through in-house residency, fellowships, and extensive professional development resources.

Qualifications

• Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active / pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible)

Schedule Options
