Job summary

Olympia Fields Hospital in Chicago Heights is seeking a Physical Therapist I to provide consultative and therapeutic services to restore function in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and integumentary disorders.

You will work full-time with a variable shift, as part of our total rewards package that includes PTO, retirement plan, medical/dental/vision coverage, and tuition reimbursement. A PT degree and current license, plus BCLS upon hire, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current state Physical Therapy license.
• Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.

Responsibilities

Provides medically prescribed consultative and therapeutic services in order to restore function and prevent disability in patients with musculoskeletal, cardiopulmonary and/or integumentary disorders. The Physical Therapist I performs responsibilities in accordance with Physical Therapy/Hospital Policy, state and federal regulatory licensing and accrediting requirements.
