Job summary

Highbar Physical Therapy is seeking aPT for its Southeast Massachusetts and South Coast teaching practice. The role emphasizes practicing at the top of your license with autonomy, mentorship, and a strong support structure through PTU, a Highbar Teaching Practice.

• 2 paid mentorship hours/week for your first 12 weeks
• Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
• Monthly Skillz meetings (onsite CE, every month)
• Core-4 Series to align clinical decision-making and PATTOTL principles
• In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I & II), and COMT pathways
• Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)
