Salary ranges from $82,000 to $100,000 base, with relocation assistance and productivity-based bonus opportunities. The position emphasizes evaluation and treatment in outpatient settings, development of individualized plans, progress monitoring, patient education, and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• DPT preferred; Master’s-level PTs may be considered.
• LA PT license or eligibility required.
• Outpatient experience preferred; new grads encouraged.
• Inpatient experience may be considered for transition.
• Strong patient communication and relationship skills.
• Ability to manage outpatient caseload effectively.

Responsibilities
