Work Experience

• 1 year Phlebotomist experience Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• PHEL – Phlebotomy Trained: Completion of Phlebotomy clinical training through on‑the‑job training or through a phlebotomy program Preferred
• CPT – Phlebotomy Technician Certification: Phlebotomy certification through ASCP, ASPT, NCA or equivalent agency Preferred
