Job summary

Johns Hopkins Care at Home is seeking an Outpatient Pharmacy Technician to support medication preparation, packaging, distribution and inventory under the supervision of pharmacists. The role involves ensuring accurate dispensing and collaboration with care teams to maintain medication safety.

Shift coverage includes rotating 8-hour shifts between 7:30am-8pm and rotating weekends, with salary range disclosed in the posting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalency.
• Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required upon hire.
• Must become certified through and approved certification board (PTCB or NHA) within 2 years of hire.
• 6 months experienced preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Support medication preparation, packaging, distribution and inventory management.
• Rotate 8-hour shifts between 7:30am-8pm and weekends as scheduled.
• Work under direct supervision of pharmacists and alongside other technicians.
