Job summary

VytlOne is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join Maury Regional Health Pharmacy in Lawrenceburg, TN. In this full-time, on-site role, you will greet customers, process prescriptions, and support daily pharmacy operations in an outpatient setting.

Required HS diploma, TN Pharmacy Technician license, national certification from PTCB or NHA, and at least 2 years in retail pharmacy; strong customer service and software proficiency are valued.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• TN Pharmacy Technician license required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail pharmacy.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification from PTCB or NHA required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take prescription orders.
• Convey empathy and understanding when handling customer service issues.
• Operate the cash register by ringing up sales for customers.
• Assist in keeping the pharmacy clean and the shelves stocked.
• Answer the phone and assist with inquiries.
• Input customer information into the computer system.
