Qualifications

• Enrolled in an accredited College of Pharmacy program and meets education requirements to qualify for intern license in Ohio.
• Current State Board of Pharmacy Intern License (PH/INT) required before start date.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess medication orders to identify and resolve drug-related issues.
• Compound and prepare medications for delivery to patient care areas.
• Provide drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
• Communicate with physicians and other clinicians as necessary.
