Job summary

St. Tammany Health System seeks a Pharmacy Courier to deliver medications and pharmacy supplies to offsite locations and patient residences in Covington, LA. You will use a handheld device and follow a set delivery schedule, ensuring correct locations and signatures at delivery.

Requirements include being at least 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior courier or pharmacy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid state driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Courier or pharmacy industry experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medications and pharmacy supplies to offsite locations and patient residences.
• Obtain signatures for each delivery.
