Job summary

AdventHealth in Lake Mary, FL seeks a Physical Therapist for the Sport Medicine and Rehab team. This full-time position offers a day shift with variable options and a minimum pay rate of $35/hour.

Eligible applicants may receive up to $10,000 sign-on bonus and up to $3,000 relocation bonus. Doctorate preferred; licensure and BLS required. This role supports clinical leadership and collaboration across the rehab team.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or eligible for licensure in Florida.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Physical Therapist licensure in good standing (PT) required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the care provided by physical therapist assistants and rehabilitation therapy aides, according to established regulations and practice standards.
• Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable terminology following insurance guidelines and department policies.
• Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards.
• Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.
