• You'll join a community-based outpatient Pediatrics practice as a direct employee
• Support includes 1 Pediatric PA plus experienced operational leadership
• Clinic pace averages about 3 patients/hour for a steady, manageable day
• EMR: AllScripts with AI scribe support to reduce after-hours charting

Schedule:

• Flexible scheduling options, including 3- or 4-day workweeks
• Outpatient clinic-focused role with emphasis on work/life balance
• Call is 1:10 and phone-only, averaging 1-2 calls/day

Compensation & Benefits:

• $50/clinic hour for new grads; $55/clinic hour for experienced providers
• Production bonus available, plus negotiable sign-on support
