Job summary

Prosperity Placement Solutions is seeking a Pediatrician for Crestview, FL to join a well-established outpatient practice. The role offers a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule with light call, and a collaborative team of four pediatricians dedicated to quality patient care.

The compensation includes a base of $200,000–$220,000 with productivity incentives, CME allowance, comprehensive benefits, and potential teaching opportunities.

Qualifications

• MD/DO degree required.
• Board Certified or eligible in Pediatrics.
• Eligible for Florida medical license or active license.
• Post-training clinical experience required.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care.
• Manage approximately 20–25 patients per day.
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Incorporate walk-in patients into daily schedule.
• Collaborate with nursing and clinical staff.
