Job summary

Allied Physicians Group’s Kids Care Pediatrics division in Elmont and Lynbrook, NY seeks a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatrician for outpatient care. You’ll join a physician-led network with mentorship and strong community ties.

New graduates are warmly encouraged to apply, with a $210,000–$230,000 salary and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Flexible 36-hour clinical weeks and no hospital rounds support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Active NY State medical license or ability to obtain.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics.
• Current DEA Registration; PALS.
• Pediatric Urgent Care and/or Emergency Department experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Perform well-child visits and preventive care services.
• Guide families on development, wellness, and long-term health.
• Collaborate with an experienced, multidisciplinary team.
• Document efficiently in the athenaOne EMR.
