Job summary

Sanford Health, the largest rural health system in the United States, seeks a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric physician to join our newly established outpatient pediatric practice in Minot, North Dakota. The role includes comprehensive care from birth through 21 years and coordination with visiting specialties.

The position offers a supportive environment with on-site lab and radiology, standard hours of 8am-5pm, and a path to full credentialing within a growing network in the Upper

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board certification or eligibility in pediatrics.
• Successful completion of an ACGME, AOA, or Royal College pediatric residency.
• Evidence of pediatric clinical activity in the last 12 months or residency log.
• Ability to demonstrate at least 50 pediatric patients treated in the last year.

Responsibilities

• Admit, evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients from birth to age 21.
• Provide consults and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
• Stabilize and determine disposition of emergent cases per medical staff policy.
• May provide care in the ICU per unit policies; participate in on-call coverage as required.
