Job summary

Pediatric Medical Associates in Sacramento, CA is seeking a full-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our growing practice. We serve newborns to teens with a board-certified team, EMR: eClinical Works, and a comprehensive benefits package.

This position features a five-day work week with no weekends, optional newborn rounding, no on-call, and a base salary around $265,000 with a strong benefits program including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) with matching.

Pediatric Medical Associates is seekinga full-time Outpatient Pediatrician to join our practice in Sacramento, CA.

Pediatric Medical Associatesis comprised of 11 pediatric practices in Northern California providing exceptional medical care for children throughout the greater Sacramento area. From newborns to young adults, we offer comprehensive quality-focused services. Our team of highly qualified Board-Certified Pediatricians, experienced Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants deliver superior care with compassion. We are located in Sacramento, Folsom, Tulare and Napa. Position Overview:

• Full-time - 5day work week with no weekends

Education, Licensure & Certification:

• M.D. or D.O. degree required
• Successful completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) approved post-graduate residency, or equivalent in Pediatrics
• Current, Unrestricted license to practice medicine or the ability to obtain in the State of California
• Current, Unrestricted DEA license or the ability to obtain in the State ofCalifornia
• Board Eligible or Board Certification in Pediatrics within five years of completing training
• Meets all requirements to obtain medical staff membership and privileges as required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) for hospital privileges
