Job summary

Parkview Physicians Group is seeking an Outpatient Pediatrician to join the Alliance Health Clinic Pediatric team in Fort Wayne, IN. The role includes standard clinic hours, with some flexibility if needed, and a strong focus on pediatric wellness and preventive care.

You will work in a collegial group with physicians and advanced practice providers, seeing 20–25 patients daily with some administrative responsibilities and newborn rounding on call.

Responsibilities

• Hours of operation: Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m., with flexibility on hours if requested.
• Weekly patient contact: 40 hours (36 hours clinic, 4 hours administrative).
• Daily encounter goals: 20–25 patients depending on visit length.
• Call includes inpatient newborn rounding.

Parkview Physicians Group is currently seeking an Outpatient Pediatrician to join their growing team with the Alliance Health Clinic Pediatric team.

Specifics of Your Role as a Pediatrician

• Hours of practice are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. but can be flexible if hours outside of this are requested.
• Weekly Patient Contact: 40 hours (36 hours in the clinic, 4 hours of administrative duty)
