Pediatric Associates is seeking a Full-Time Outpatient Advanced Practice Practitioner to float among Tampa-area practices including Trinity, Citrus Park, Bloomingdale, and Riverview.

This role offers a float stipend, sign-on bonus, relocation bonus, and strong clinical/administrative support. Ideal candidates have NP or PA credentials, Florida licensure, and pediatric primary care experience in Florida.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an Accredited NP or PA program.
• Physician Assistants must have NCCPA certification.
• Nurse Practitioners must be ANCC or PNCB certified.
• Current, unrestricted Florida license to practice medicine.
• Current, unrestricted Florida DEA license or ability to obtain.
• BLS certification is required.
• Minimum 2 years of pediatric primary care experience.

• Float among Tampa practices providing outpatient advanced practice care.
• Support multiple established pediatric clinics across the region.
• Deliver comprehensive pediatric care with strong clinical and administrative support.
