Job summary

Morrison Healthcare is hiring an Outpatient Pediatric Dietitian to join the CHRISTUS Children’s Hospital team in San Antonio, TX. You will deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in a pediatric outpatient setting and collaborate with a multidisciplinary group to improve child health outcomes. Schedule: Full time, Monday–Friday.

Salary ranges from $62,500 to $76,500 per year, adjusted by experience. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and benefits support education, career

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice or willing to obtain licensure.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in line with diet manual and facility protocols to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: partner with management to achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns through training.
