Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited institution.
• Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted medical license or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with EMR systems (Allscripts experience is a plus).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult and senior patients in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct routine check-ups, preventive screenings, and manage chronic conditions.
• Develop personalized care plans based on best practices and patient needs.
• Document encounters accurately using Allscripts EMR and integrated AI tools.
