Job summary

Elios is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for its pain management practice in North Carolina. In this role, you will conduct patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited PA program, possess a valid North Carolina PA license, and have BLS certification. We welcome new graduates and experienced PAs. The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $150,000 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
• Active North Carolina PA license (or eligibility).
• BLS certification and NPI number required.
• Open to new graduates or experienced PAs.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a busy clinical schedule.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including histories and physical exams.
• Develop, document, and manage individualized treatment plans.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Educate and counsel patients on treatment options and preventive care.
• Manage your own patient caseload with a strong focus on compassionate, evidence-based care.
