Union General Health System in Blairsville, GA is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for outpatient post-surgery care. You will monitor patients, coordinate care with the surgical team, and ensure safety and well-being in the outpatient setting.

The role requires an RN license, an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing, BLS/CPR within 60 days of hire; ACLS/PALS preferred. 1 year of experience up to 5 years is preferred.

Formación

• Education: Associate degree (minimum) or Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Nursing.
• Current RN license.
• BLS/CPR must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS/PALS preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver patient care in the outpatient setting.
• Monitor a patient’s condition after surgery.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with the healthcare team.
• Floats to direct patient care as needed and as schedule allows.
• Report to the Surgical Services Director.
