• Treat patients in inpatient or outpatient settings following physician orders.
• Document evaluations, plans, and progress per policy and timelines.
• Collaborate with team to improve performance and service quality.
• Support discharge planning and home program referrals.
• Willing to cover other OT areas as needed.
