Job summary

PT Solutions is seeking an Occupational Therapist for outpatient settings to help patients gain independence through self-care management and activities of daily living. You will educate patients, families and caregivers, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure best practice.

Responsibilities include delivering high-quality care, creating timely treatment plans, building strong patient and team relationships, and engaging with the community to expand access to services.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AOTA-approved Occupational Therapy program.
• State licensure in occupational therapy.
• Registered with NBCOT.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs.
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
