Vibra Healthcare’s Ballard Rehab Hospital in San Bernardino, CA is seeking a Full Time Outpatient Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. The role involves directing occupational therapy services, performing assessments, planning and implementing therapy programs, and maintaining related documentation under physician orders.

Requires an OTA credential, CA license, and Vibra-approved BLS. Prior experience is preferred.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Successful completion of the National Certification Examination for COTA required.
• Current, valid, and active license to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state of employment required.
• Current BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and direct Occupational Therapy Services to patients, including assessment and treatment.
• Develop and implement therapy programs with documentation and physician orders.
