Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Independence, OH, is hiring an experienced RN for an outpatient Pain Management clinic. Schedule is Monday–Friday, full-time (36 hours/week) with occasional travel between clinic locations.

You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and support physicians during procedures to ensure safety and high-quality care. Ideal candidates hold an ADN/ASN or BSN, have outpatient clinic experience, and are proficient with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) or BSN from an accredited program.
• Experience in outpatient clinic, pain management, plastics, orthopedics, or procedure-based healthcare preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, patient safety, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Administer medications, treatments, injections, wound care, and postoperative assessments.
• Support physicians during examinations and procedures, maintaining sterile technique and patient comfort.
• Prepare rooms, verify patient information and consents, provide pre-procedure education, and document care in EMR.
• Triages patient calls, escalate concerns, assist with inventory and medication management, and participate in quality initiatives.
• Provide discharge instructions and care coordination to ensure efficient patient flow.
