Job summary

Sport Ortho Urgent Care in Antioch, TN is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics. You will provide high-quality conservative musculoskeletal care and manage a patient load of about 10 patients per day to stay at the top of your license.

You will work with a collaborative team under one roof, leveraging in-house imaging and regenerative medicine, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and substantial annual incentives for exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current Physical Therapy license (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred (new grads welcome).
• Positive, team-oriented mindset, with a passion for integrated orthopedic care.
• CPR certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient orthopedic care with a focus on conservative musculoskeletal treatment.
• Maintain a manageable caseload (approximately 10 patients per day).
• Collaborate with Orthopedic Advanced Practice Providers, PTAs and surgeons under one roof.
• Utilize in-house imaging and regenerative medicine to support care.
