TheraPhysical is an outpatient practice in Northern New Jersey seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic setting in Lyndhurst, NJ. The role offers a base salary of $93,000–$110,000 per year plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a full-time schedule with in-person work.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s degree from an accredited program.
• Current (or pending) New Jersey Physical Therapist license.
• New graduates welcome (Mentorship program available!).

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and implement goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based manual therapy and functional exercise programs.
• Complete timely clinical documentation via modern EMR software.
• Collaborate with our clinical team and referring physicians.
