Upstream Rehabilitation's Oasis Physical Therapy in West Clearwater, WA is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapist Assistants. You will join a collaborative outpatient ortho team focused on helping patients move again and return to activities they love.

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed Physical Therapist, develop personalized treatment plans, track progress, and grow through mentorship, CEU opportunities, and a supportive network across 1,200 clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Washington State PTA license (or eligibility).

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
• Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.
