Job summary

PT Northwest Physical Therapy in Washington's Longview area is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant for outpatient orthopedics. You’ll deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under a licensed PT, helping patients regain mobility and function with individualized treatment plans.

We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, competitive pay ($30–$36/hour), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and mentorship through Upstream Rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active Washington State PTA license (or eligibility)

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
• Track patient progress and collaborate closely with your clinical team.
• Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and your local community.
