Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring for a Physical Therapist — Outpatient Orthopedics in Gulf Shores, AL. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN positions with mentorship, growth opportunities, and a broad benefits package.

You'll develop individualized care plans, deliver high-quality therapy, and collaborate with a supportive team while advancing your clinical skills through Upstream’s education programs.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Alabama Physical Therapist license (or eligibility).
