Upstream Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics at our Waldo, MO clinic. The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules, with mentorship and growth opportunities within a national network focused on patient care.

You will deliver evidence-based therapy, build patient relationships, and participate in ongoing education programs within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Missouri Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
