You will provide high-quality care, develop custom treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient mobility and reduce pain. Offering a base salary of $75,000–$85,000 with monthly incentives, the role supports professional growth, graduate mentoring, and access to residency programs.

Qualifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• CPR certification and any other relevant certifications as required by state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and determine functional goals.
• Develop personalized treatment plans using orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric techniques.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve mobility and function.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
• Educate patients and families about therapy procedures and home exercises.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
