Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to support outpatient orthopedics across our Houston-area network. You will help patients regain mobility and function, guided by collaborative care with clinic staff and technicians.

The ideal candidate holds a PT degree (DPT preferred or equivalent), and a Texas license. BLS may be required. Expect regular clinic hours and potential sign-on incentives based on assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the position.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred.
• Willingness to work collaboratively within a team and utilize support staff and technicians.
• Comfortable using A2C EMR or ability to learn new EMR systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Help patients move better, feel better, and stay active whether recovering from injury or managing long-term conditions.
• Work scheduled clinic hours: Mon–Thu 8:00–18:00 and Fri 8:00–12:00.
• Collaborate with clinic-based team including technicians to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Support opportunities for direct hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts with nationwide partners.
