Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Oregon or eligible for Oregon license/temporary permit
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or before independent practice
• Licensure/credentialing maintained for Murray Scholls Clinic as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy evaluations and treatments
• Supervise therapy interns and participate in education/research activities
• Document care in compliance with OHSU standards and 3rd party requirements
• Develop and adjust care plans to meet patient goals and improve outcomes
• Coordinate with vendors for DME and scheduling in cadence/MyChart
• Assist with discharge planning and patient home exercise programs
