Job summary

Healthcare Recruitment Counselors is seeking a motivated Physical Therapist for our outpatient orthopedic practice in Colorado Springs, CO. You will conduct patient evaluations, develop treatment plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to restore function and wellness.

The ideal candidate has a DPT or higher, CO PT license, and board certification readiness. Pelvic floor PT interest or training is a plus; recent grads considered. 100% outpatient with great benefits and weekly schedule.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program; DPT preferred.
• National PT Board Certification required or highly desired.
• Active CO PT license and the ability to work in outpatient orthopedic care.
• Pelvic floor PT experience or willingness to pursue training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and document findings thoroughly.
• Treat a wide range of musculoskeletal issues in an outpatient setting.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
• Guide therapeutic exercises and rehearse treatment plans with patients.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team.
• Engage in routines that reflect our values of excellence and service.
• Conduct regular re-evaluations to track progress and adjust plans.
