Drayer Physical Therapy, part of Upstream Rehabilitation, is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics in Greenville, Harrisonburg, Staunton and Weyers Cave.

We offer a $15,000 signing bonus and a salary range of $80,000–$95,000 with strong mentorship, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and loan repayment support.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent).
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license (or eligible).
