3D Physical Therapy in Dallas is seeking an outpatient orthopedic physical therapist to deliver evidence-based care in a supportive, PT-owned clinic. You will treat 9–11 patients daily, work with a collaborative clinical team, and have opportunities for mentorship, continuing education, and leadership growth that empower you to thrive.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree is required.
• Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility.
• Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload.
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care.

WHAT PRACTICING AT 3DPT LOOKS LIKE

Our therapists typically treat 9–11 patients per day, allowing you to focus on clinical outcomes and the patient experience rather than simply moving patients through a schedule.

You’ll have the opportunity to:

• Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient orthopedic caseload
• Develop individualized, evidence-based plans of care
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, movement-based treatment, and patient education
• Build meaningful relationships with patients throughout their recovery
• Collaborate with experienced PTs, PTAs, and other members of the clinical team
• Develop your clinical interests through continuing education and mentorship
• Contribute ideas and have a voice in how we continue improving patient care
