Benefits & Compensation

• Base Salary: $83,000 per year (negotiable to a degree)
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks paid time off (accrued at a rate of 0.04 PTO per hour worked)
• Sick Time: 40 hours per year to be used however you want
• 401(k) – 4% match (to begin after 90‑day probationary period)
• Health Insurance – $200 per month paid toward your health insurance premium (to begin after 90‑day probationary period). If you would prefer to start your health insurance coverage immediately, you will be responsible for the entire premium for the first 90 days.
• APTA Dues – Paid in full
• Continuing Education – Additional weekend courses will be offered. In order to work here, the expectation is that you will complete an orthopedic residency, which will be paid for by the clinic in exchange for a two-year commitment. Weekend classes where you travel for course work will not be held against your PTO. Additional mentorship will be provided in addition to the mentorship required for your residency program.
