ProActive Physical Therapy in Arizona is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to evaluate musculoskeletal and movement dysfunction, create and adjust evidence-based plans of care, and deliver interventions such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.

You will track outcomes, use clinic documentation tools, and educate patients to support functional goals, recovery, and long-term wellness in a collaborative outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice PT in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal assessment.
• Experience with evidence-based plans of care preferred.
