Job summary

Ortho Center Physical Therapy in Red Bank, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. You will evaluate, treat, and manage a diverse caseload with a patient-centered, evidence-based approach.

Qualifications

• Master’s in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapy license in New Jersey (or eligibility for licensure).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, physician-integrated environment.
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care and continuous professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to assess impairments, functional limitations, and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic conditions.
• Provide evidence-based interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, modalities, and functional training.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with clinic policies and payer requirements.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to optimize outcomes.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on patient success and clinical excellence.
• Maintain productivity standards while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical learning opportunities.
