Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs and document in EMR.
• Review and update medication list for provider review.
• Complete referrals and track patient compliance.
• Review and submit prescriptions electronically.
• Educate patients on medications and home care.
• Maintain clean, safe care environments.
