Qualifications

• Valid Texas Physical Therapy license or eligibility for licensure.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) required.
• Prior outpatient orthopedic experience strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and establish measurable functional goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on movement, performance, and long-term outcomes.
• Manage a sustainable daily caseload of approximately 11 to 13 patients.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with clinic leadership and fellow clinicians to ensure high standards of care.
• Take ownership of patient outcomes and participate in ongoing professional development.
