Job summary

Upstream Rehabilitation is hiring full-time, part-time, and PRN Physical Therapists for outpatient orthopedics at our Pleasant View, TN clinic. You’ll develop individualized, evidence-based care plans and deliver high-quality therapy, collaborating with a values-driven team.

We offer competitive pay ($75,000–$90,000+), sign-on bonuses up to $15,000, robust mentorship, $1,500 annual CEU allowance, medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with DPT, MPT, or equivalent.
• Active or pending Tennessee Physical Therapist license (or eligible).

Responsibilities
