Job summary

Piedmont Medical Care Corporation in Georgia is seeking an experienced Staff RN - Outpatient Oncology to join our oncology care team. The role focuses on patient care activities and advancing treatment according to national practice standards, in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license in Georgia (or multistate), a BSN preferred, and has at least 1 year of nursing experience in practice, hospital, or infusion center; OCN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program (Required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required).
• 1 year of nursing experience in a practice, hospital, or infusion center (Required).
• RN license in Georgia or NLC/eNCL multistate licensure required.
• Oncology Nurse Certification (OCN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs a number of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practice.
• Advances treatment and care of oncology patients utilizing national clinical practice standards.
