Job summary

Starling Oncology, in California, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team. You will provide compassionate, evidence-based cancer care and supervise patient care during your shift while administering immunotherapy and chemotherapy as prescribed.

We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights, weekends, or on-call, along with a full benefits package including 401K, health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, and more.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Two or more years of RN experience preferred but not required.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise patient care during your shift.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with the care team.
• Administer immunotherapy, chemotherapy as prescribed and IV therapy as ordered.
• Lead and coordinate patient care tasks with LPN and other team members.
• Promote teamwork with physicians and other departments.
• Perform patient assessments prior to administering treatment.
• Expand your work environment to surrounding clinics as needed.
