AdventHealth in Shawnee Mission, KS is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day shift in a full-time role. You will perform comprehensive assessments, interpret diagnostic data, and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.

Requirements include an RN license, an Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred), and BLS/CPR. A sign-on bonus up to $10,000 is offered with Mon-Fri hours and a day shift.

Qualifications

• Nurses must be able to perform comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Make decisions and interventions based on nursing diagnoses.
• Set and implement individualized care plans with measurable goals.
• Prioritize and complete follow-up assessments and adjust plans as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition.
