Job summary

Cedars-Sinai is seeking a per diem Outpatient Pharmacist to join our Pharmacy Department and collaborate with clinicians to support oncology care for cancer patients. The role emphasizes patient-centered service and safe chemotherapy management.

You will review orders, educate patients, monitor therapies, and participate in guideline development with a multidisciplinary team. California licensure and PGY1/PGY2 training are required, and you will join a reputable center with strong oncology

Qualifications

• Pharm.D. or equivalent degree from an accredited U.S. pharmacy school.
• Completion of a PGY1 and/or PGY2 residency or equivalent postgraduate experience.
• Current pharmacist licensure in California.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for outpatient oncology patients.
• Review and verify chemotherapy orders for accuracy and safety.
• Educate patients on treatments and care plans.
• Monitor drug therapy and optimize outcomes.
• Participate in oncology groups to support guidelines and drug monographs.
• Provide accurate drug information to clinicians and patients.
