The Oncology Institute is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor Outpatient Oncology in Orlando, FL. You will lead and mentor RN and LVN teams, partnering with physicians and operations to deliver safe, timely, and coordinated cancer care in the outpatient setting.

Ideal candidates have BSN, active RN license in Florida, and current BLS/ONS certifications, with 3+ years in oncology and demonstrated leadership.

Qualificações

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Active RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS and ONS chemotherapy/Immunotherapy certification.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage a team of RNs and LVNs with evaluations and training.
• Partner with physicians and leadership to optimize patient care.
• Maintain compliant nursing workflows and safety standards.
• Monitor patient outcomes and address quality improvement needs.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing, and clinic operations for coverage.
